The escalator at the stairs is conspicuously 'under renovation' but reading between the lines it is probably a cost savings measure.
The parking area is well lighted but the pavement is at life's end and all the landscape has been literally cut out.
The interior of the casino has been updated but the exterior has been overly ignored. Overall the rating has to be poor>however, the only up side is that the casino staff is super friendly.
